Gluten Free Bread It is so easy! This bread takes 10 minutes to measure and mix, a bit of time to rise and less than half an hour to bake. We make it almost everyday. What you will need: gfree flour mix, sugar, salt, gum (guar or xantham), yeast, eggs, olive oil, water.  First is the gfree flour mix. We mix our own and find it works for all of the recipes our family makes. When were where a wheat eating family, I did not have five different kinds of flour, I used one finely ground whole grain wheat flour. Now I use one whole grain rice flour mix. That what works for us and it is simple, I really like simple. You can use a store bought gluten free flour mix for this recipe. Read the ingredients on the mix, they are not created equal. With gfree baked goods I pay attention to the starch factor. White rice flour, potato starch and tapioca flour are all very starchy and too much isn't that good for you.
